Do you have a minimum order quantity? Our minimum trade order is £90. You are more than welcome to buy single units of each piece up to the minimum order amount. 

And what about greeting cards? We ask for a minimum of 4 cards per design please, minimum order is just 28 cards which would incur £4 p&p.

What constitutes a carriage paid order? Carriage paid is £350, see our t&c's for our carriage rates. 

Are your products safe in a dishwasher? Yes, All of the glassware is dishwasher friendly.

How are the products packaged? Every piece will arrive individually boxed.

Do you etch everything yourselves? Yes, we source the glass which arrives in its clear form, we then transform it with our unique etching technique by hand. All the designs are our own (copyrighted).

Can I visit your workshop? By all means get in touch if you'd like to visit us.

Can mirrors be made any size? Sorry, we only offer our standard 30cm size for trade

Can you post me products? Yes, we have a great success rate at posting our glassware. Extra care is taken in double wrapping your goods so they arrive in perfect condition.

Is your work all hand finished? Yes, all our pieces are hand worked through every process. From the preparation, etching & packaging.
